Enterprise Management is responsible for the intra-district delivery of mail. All DPS facilities will have mail picked up and delivered on an every-other-weekday basis by our two mail vans. On a daily basis, each mail van makes a minimum of 45 stops to pick up and deliver mail, testing materials, videos, books, packages, etc. A third van picks up the mail from the Post Office and delivers it to the central mail processing room in the Administration Building and transports the mail to and from the Fox Street Building.
On Monday, July 28, 2008, mail will be delivered to schools and buildings identified as Group A (Routes I and III) on the linked document. On Tuesday, July 29, 2008, mail will be delivered to the schools and buildings identified as Group B (Routes II and IV) on the linked document below. Mail delivery will continue on an every-other-weekday schedule for the remainder of the school year. If there is a school holiday during the week, mail delivery will resume on the next school day.
